All orders placed before 5 PM Eastern Standard Time will ship the same or next business day. Orders placed after 5 PM EST Friday through Sunday will ship on the following Monday.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from noirnyc.com, you may return it within 14 days of ship date to nOir Jewelry. Please e-mail email@example.com to receive your return authorization along with instructions to return the merchandise. Once your return is processed, a credit will be issued for the merchandise amount only, shipping charges are not refundable. Once the return is approved please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to post to your account. We only accept returns from products purchased directly from noirnyc.com. For products purchased from other authorized vendors, please contact them directly for further assistance.
Within 12 months of purchase we will do our best to repair any issues with styles made by nOir Jewelry and sold through an authorized nOir Jewelry dealer. All items submitted for repair must be accompanied by an order # or store receipt.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, telephone number, order number, style number, brief description of the item, where the item was purchased and a description of the problem. We will respond with instructions on how to send the item back. Items returned without a return authorization will not be accepted.
We are not responsible for items lost in the mail being sent to us. Please be sure to fully insure your packages.
Please note, because our items are made by hand with specially selected stones and other elements, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to repair your item. If we are unable to repair an item bought within the last year, we may suggest a replacement of similar value from the current line.
Please allow up to 12 weeks from the date the item is received at our workshop for your repair to be completed.
